Before you order
Which diffuser suits my room?
Match the tank to the space: 100–200 ml for a bedroom or office, 300–500 ml for a living room, and a waterless or tower unit for open-plan areas. Coverage is listed on every product page.
Do I need to buy oil separately?
Ultrasonic and reed products are listed with what is in the box. Where oil is included it is stated in the description; where it is not, the fragrance oils are in their own category.
How long does delivery take?
Handling and transit times, carriers and cut-offs are all set out on the Shipping Policy page, and the totals there are the ones we work to.
Can I return something I have opened?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the window on the Returns & Refunds page. Opened fragrance oil cannot be resold, so it is treated separately — that page explains exactly how.

We send a short note when something genuinely new reaches the shelf. Nothing daily.
